I’ve been working in the restaurant business ever since I was a child. My dad used to bring me to work on the weekends and I really grew to love the industry. After a decade working in the financial services sector, I decided that I missed working in the restaurant and that’s where I wanted to spend my career.
The restaurant industry is one of the hardest and most stressful business you can ever find. However, it’s a challenge I gladly accept each and every day. Meeting new people, trying new recipes and learning to adapt to whatever new challenge presents itself. I love each and every moment of it!
